Residential Rates
Rates for standard residential lot ¼ acre or less. Additional fee will apply for larger yards. Rates are for backyard only. Additional fee for front yards.
Initial Cleanup Surcharge
A one time charge is added if your yard has not been cleaned up in more than a week.
10-20 minutes - $10
20-30 minutes - $15 (usual)
$10 for each additional 15 minutes
One Time Cleanups / Special Occasions
$40 for the first 30 minutes
$10 for every additional 15 minutes
There is a $40 minimum
Payment is due at time of service
